Never to purchase from Amazon again!!!I placed 6 or 7 orders for ZEVO on Amazon.AMAZON CANCELED ALL MY ORDERS! I spoke with security at my bank card and was informed that there were NO ISSUES WITH MY CARD and no one from AMAZON had tried to place my order to my bank.Horrible experience with AMAZON and my personal opinion is that ZEVO should NEVER RECOMMEND AMAZON To purchase their product.Sincerely,

I had and no contact with them . I returned the Zevo back to Amazon
This Zeva that I purchased, immediately began t smell like it was burning after I remove the clear plastic and plugged it in. Terrible smell. Also my eyes started burning so I unplugged it and didnt use it again.

Light doesn't work
plugged into every outlet we got and made sure the cartridge was all the way in but still no light it doesn't catch alot of bugs without light

As per the picture below, there are LIVE fruitflies sitting on the unit. They never fly anywhere near the sticky refill part ever, as evidenced by the other flies chilling on the cabinet in the vacinity.
This has been plugged in for over a week and there are no flies on the pad.
great waste of $59 for the starter unit and refill pack of 3. I've had fantastic results with traps and spray from ace tru value..

I have garden soil in my garage. When I installed the zero in the garage.
In less 3 week I fill up 7 traps . It amazes me in less the 3 weeks all the bugs got trapped.

Problem finishing order
- - Zevoinsetc.com/buy pretended to be Zevo and declined two credit cards.
- - Zevo does not process online orders; orders go to participating vendors.
I attempted to place an order from Zevo. A scam company Zevoinsetc.com/buy with a misspelled website name pretending to be Zevo declined two of my credit cards.
I did not understand why my cards were being declined, so I called Zevo.
Thats when I found out that Zevo does not process online orders, but transfers orders to participating vendors. I canceled cards with my bank.

Missing refund voucher cant get ahold of anyone
- - The Zevo bug spray batch was faulty.
- - Promised $30 Visa cards by mail but not received.

It started with me ordering a faulty batch of the Zevo bug spray killer. I had called almost 4 months ago about it not working, and I was supposed to get a $10 Visa gift card in the mail and a $20 Visa gift card in the mail due to the mistake, so that way I could purchase a different brand of the products and also repurchase something that didn't work.
I have been waiting four times the amount of time I was given for them to arrive, and I haven't been able to get you guys to answer my calls or anything. Someone knows where my money is, and I want to know what we're going to do about this because at this point, I don't think that $30 is enough, because my rent was late due to you guys not sending that on time like it was promised.

Zevo Trap not working

One works great but the second one does not work at all. I did purchase it from amazon and it is probably too late to return it.

Zevo Spray for gnats
- - Bought 3 Zevo spray bottles for gnats.
- - All three bottles malfunctioned and won't spray.

I have recently bought 3 bottles of Zevo spray bottles for gnats. Each bottle was messed up and doesn't spray right.
One bottle, i ended throwing away 1/4 of it because it quit spraying altogether.
Why is this? I can understand maybe one bottle but 3?

If your rent was late that was your fault. You spent $8+ on bug spray with rent due anyway.
Whether the spray was effective or not has nothing to do with your rent. You were irresponsible if you spent $30 of your future rent money anticipating the gift cards in the mail.
You are not entitled to extra compensation GET A JOB AND EARN A LIVING.
Waiting on them to get back my pro for two month,s.it taking along time I have wrote messaged them tried to change my password it won,t change.
